Growing
in Hope is the latest project for the Sounds of Hope. In May
of 2005, Sounds of Hope personnel auditioned nearly 120 children
from local schools. From the 120, roughly 36 were selected
to perform.
 The
45 children were recorded without any alteration so that the
sweetness and simple charm of their voices was allowed to
show through.
Among
the songs on this collection are old favorites like "Little
Liza Jane", "Shoo Fly", "All the Pretty
Little Horses", "Mary Had a Little Lamb", "Take
Me Out to the Ballgame" and more.
These
kids really came through and did a terrific job! This album
was a special project for the SOHP board since several members
have a direct connection to children as teachers and parents.
Growing
in Hope will be available in August of 2005. Your donation of
$15.00 enables Sounds of Hope Project to donate one CD in your name
to a person in need while you receive a CD for yourself
as our "thank you" for your donation.
